Alison Lynn grew up in midcoast Maine where she spent many days playing in her backyard making her own dandelion soup. Her love of nature led her to South Carolina to earn a degree in environmental health and begin a career in sustainable agriculture which has provided endless inspiration for her books. Presently, she is enjoying her time being a mom of two and finding time to write.
